Named after my lovely wife, Rachel’s Rosé is made from 100% Pyrenees Shiraz. The fruit was hand-picked and the whole bunches gently basket pressed and wild yeast fermented until completely dry. The resulting wine is pale salmon in colour with aromas of red berries and orange blossom. The palate is bursting with flavours of cranberries, strawberries and rhubarb. It is refreshingly dry with lovely persistence and crisp acidity on the finish making it a wine that will suit many food styles.
