It’s one of our most anticipated releases, and we’re absolutely thrilled to announce that the 2025 Rachel’s Rosé is finally here! We’ve been working hard on this one, and we reckon it’s an absolute beauty—just in time for the warmer weather (or just to brighten up a cool afternoon!).
Named after my lovely wife, Rachel, this Rosé is always made with passion and care. It’s perfect for those of you who love a crisp, elegant, and very dry style of Rosé.
What Makes the 2025 Rachel’s Rosé So Special?
This year’s Rosé is a stunning example of what the Pyrenees region can produce:
- 100% Pyrenees Shiraz: We used hand-picked fruit from our vineyard, ensuring only the best bunches made it into the wine.
- The Making: The whole bunches were gently basket pressed and then wild yeast fermented until the wine was completely dry. This careful process gives the wine its beautiful structure and flavour.
- Tasting Notes: Get ready for a wine that is pale salmon in colour, with beautiful aromas of red berries and orange blossom. On the palate, it’s bursting with flavours like cranberries, strawberries, and rhubarb.
- The Finish: It’s refreshingly dry with lovely persistence and a crisp acidity on the finish, making it a perfect match for a huge range of food styles.
It’s truly a wine that speaks to the quality of our cool-climate region.
