Dunn’s Paddock Shiraz 2022

This is the first release of our single vineyard, estate block, Dunn’s Paddock Shiraz since 2017. The fruit was hand-picked with perfect ripeness and acid balance and was then fermented over 2 weeks. It was then basket pressed and left to mature on French oak for 3.5 years. The resulting wine shows lovely elegance, balance and weight. It has aromas of blackberries and violets with notes of cedary oak. The dark fruit and spice flows onto the palate and the oak is well integrated with silky tannins.
